Draft for review. Have a solicitor read this before you rely on it.

Terms of use

These terms are between you and UBL HOLDINGS LTD, company number 11940647, registered office Henge Barn, Pury Hill Business Park, Alderton Road, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 7LS. Check the current company status on the Companies House register before you pay an invoice. Governing law is England and Wales.

What the service does

Tenvidra reads open notices from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland, scores them against the profile you enter, and can draft answers from your bid library. It is a writing and filtering aid. It is not a firm of bid writers, it is not a solicitor, and it does not submit tenders.

You must review drafts

Every draft has to be read by a person at your firm against the buyer's documents before it is sent. Figures for turnover, insurance and certificates come only from what you typed. If they are wrong in the profile, they will be wrong in the draft. You are responsible for the bid you submit, including compliance with the procurement rules that apply to that notice.

Plans and price

Free is alerts from one saved search and needs no card. Starter is £29 a month and includes three drafts. Pro is £79 a month and includes fifteen drafts, a bid or no-bid on each match, deadline reminders and three seats. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added only if the operator is VAT-registered. A free plan is not invoiced. The current payment method for a paid plan is a manual invoice, payable by bank transfer. A Square invoice provider can be enabled later by the operator; it is not the default.

Notices and licences

Notice data is Crown copyright, reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You must keep the attribution if you pass notice text on. Some attachments are outside that licence. Tenvidra is not endorsed by the Cabinet Office, Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, or Public Contracts Scotland.

Availability and liability

Official APIs change, rate-limit, and sometimes fail. A missed notice or a wrong score is possible. To the extent the law allows, liability in a contract year is capped at the fees you paid for that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. We do not promise that you will win work.
